Furniture Mission
They take gently used furniture and donate it to people coming out of crisis.
Any usable furniture would be transported to furniture mission. Then the remaining items from a cleanout would be liquidated so the proceeds could go towards funding the non profit. A direct monetary donation from an estate sale would help as well.

Rebuilding Together
This non profit helps seniors and other financially challenged community members make repairs to their homes to maintain its safety.
Any proceeds from a cleanout or percentage allotted from an estate sale would be donated directly to them.

Habitat For Humanity
Habitat For Humanity is in need of furniture, tools and other items they can use for their restore program. Any cleanout jobs will be sifted through for usable items for this non profit. Then any remaining proceeds from sellable items will go directly to the business. A monetary donation from an estate sale is always welcome as well.

Christian Adoption Services
This company helps facilitate adoption services for Christian families. As many know, the adoption process can be lengthy and costly. All proceeds from a cleanout or a percentage of your estate sale could be donated to help families trying to adopt a child of their own.
